Seljavegur:

When you arrive at the airport in Iceland you take the Fly bus to the bus terminal in Reykjavik. The drive takes about 50 min. At the bus terminal you go to the information desk to pick up your key, which will be in an envelope with your name on it.

From the bus terminal you take a taxi to the address: Seljavegur 32, this takes about 5-10 minutes.

Seljavegur is a big white building with 50 studios for Icelandic artists. The toilets and showers are on the right when you enter the apartment. There is one shower on the 4th. floor and 2 showers on the 1st. floor (ground floor).

In Iceland we use the Assa key system, where you can lock the doors without using the key.
We recommend having your key on you at all times, at least while you are getting familiar with the system, so you will not lock yourself out of the room.

Korpúlfsstaðir:

From the bus terminal the residency coordinator will pick you up and drive you to Korpúlfsstaðir.

Opening hours – SÍM office:

The SÍM office in Hafnarstræti 16 is open from 10:00 – 16:00. You are welcome to drop by any time.

The residency coordinator has a flexible work schedule so it is best to send an email before to make sure she is there if necessary.
