The SIM guest-room apartment is situated in the SIM House,

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a shared fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The guest rooms are rented out to artists, curators and others who are working in the field of visual art for 1 to 10 nights.

The bedrooms are quite spacious with two beds each.

Rent per night

5000 ISK – per night, per person

7500 ISK – per night for a couple

Sheets, towels and wireless internet access is included.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Guests are required to clean the apartment and have it ready for other guests before they leave.
